BBQ SHRIMP AND RICE

1 lb medium shrimp, peeled with tails intact
1 oz Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp pepper
1 cup unsalted butter
1 rosemary sprig
½ tsp paprika
Hot sauce, to taste
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 cups rice, cooked
Rinse and butterfly shrimp; set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and rosemary and sauté for 2 minutes. Add paprika, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Reduce heat and allow to cook 2 additional minutes.
Add shrimp and sauté until shrimp turn pink. Do not overcook. Place rice in a serving bowl; top with shrimp and sauce.
