BUTTERCRUNCH PIE

1-quart vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, softened
1 (3 ½ oz) pkg instant butterscotch pudding
2 chocolaty coated crispy peanut butter candy bars, chopped (Nestle's Crunch)
1 vanilla pie crust
Whipped topping

In a bowl, beat ice cream until smooth. Add pudding mix and beat on low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl often.

Reserve 1 tbsp chopped candy for garnish and stir remaining candy into pudding mixture. Spread in crust. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and reserved candy.
