1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract
1/2 cup coconut
8-10 chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 cup fine graham cracker crumbs
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, coconut and cherries. Drop by tsps full into graham cracker crumbs and roll into balls. Chill for at least 2-4 hours.
