CALIFORNIA MARINADE

1 cup oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup mustard and Worcestershire sauce
3-4 clove garlic, minced (more or less to taste)

Place everything in a food processor and process for 3 minutes.

To use: Pierce meat with a fork and place in a resealable bag. Pour marinade on roast and refrigerate for a couple of hours or up to 1 day. Grill meat and baste with marinade.
