BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA

1 pizza crust
BBQ Sauce
3/4 cup cooked, diced chicken
1 cup grated smoked gouda and mozzarella cheeses
1/2 red onion, sliced into rings
Chopped jalapeno peppers, optional

Spread the crust with bbq sauce and top with the cheese, chicken, onions and peppers. Bake at 400 for about 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and it just starts to brown.
