SIMPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE

1 pkg each milk chocolate European mousse mix and dark chocolate truffle European mousse mix
2 cups cold milk
1 - 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp sugar, using 1 tbsp at a time depending on how sweet you like it
1 pre-baked pie crust - pastry, graham or chocolate
Garnish: chocolate curls
Mix the milk chocolate mousse mix with 1 cup of the milk according to directions, about 3-5 minutes. It will be incredibly fluffy and will almost triple in size. Spread in the bottom of the pie shell. Repeat with the Dark Truffle mousse mix. Spread this over the milk chocolate layer.
NOTE: This is a very rich pie
Rinse out the beaters and bowl and whip the heavy cream with the vanilla and sugar just until they form a stiff peak about 1 - 2 minutes, be careful not to over beat or you will get butter. Spread over the chocolate layer. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with chocolate curls by simply placing them on the whipped cream.
