EXTRA CHEESY SOUP - Easy

1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tsp butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, cubed
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup water
2 tsp parsley

Saute onion in butter. Add cream cheese and milk; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Add cheese; stir until melted. Stir in water and parsley; heat thoroughly.
