*PRALINE FRENCH TOAST*

6 oz butter
1 cup packed brown sugar and pecans, coarsely chopped
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch slices
8 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. In a rectangular pan, melt butter in the oven. Stir in brown sugar. Sprinkle with pecans.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs and stir in milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Dip slices of bread into egg mixture. Arrange slices over brown sugar mixture in pan. Pour any remaining egg mixture over bread. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Invert each slice onto plates.
