4 eggs
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp dried orange peel
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 (1/2 inch thick) slices French bead
Beat first 6 ingredients in a large pie pan. Dip bread in egg mixture, and then roll in corn flakes. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Serve with butter, syrup, etc.
