SESAME SCALLOPS

Category: Seafood and Fish - Grilled

2 lb fresh sea scallops
cup oil and white vinegar
2 tbsp sherry, hoisin sauce and soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green onion, minced

Wash and pat dry scallops. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into a resealable bag. Add scallops. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat grill to medium heat. Skewer scallops and place on grate. Cook 6-8 minutes on each side or until they are opaque.
