TEXAS SIGNATURE STEAK RUB

Category: Spice Mixes

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp dark chili powder, paprika and granulated garlic
1 tbsp dry Mexican oregano, thyme and basil
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Generously rub on steak and grill as usual.
