1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup sugar and cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Filling
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp instant vanilla pudding mix and milk
1 cup confectioners sugar
4 (1 oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp butter
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until melting. Remove from heat; stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts. Press into a greased 9 inch square pan. Chill.
Beat first 5 filling ingredients and spread over crust. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Melt chocolate with butter in a saucepan. Spread over filling. Refrigerate 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
