LUAU PORK CHOPS

4 pork chops, about 1 1/2 lbs
1/4 tsp shredded orange peel
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cornstarch

In a resealable bag, add chops. Make a marinate with the next 7 ingredients and pour into bag. Coat chops and marinate chops for 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove meat from marinade and reserve marinade and transferring in a saucepan. Stir in cornstarch and cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. Grill chops on uncovered grill over medium-hot coals for 12-14 minutes. Serve sauce with chops.
