*CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI ALFREDO* - Easy

1/2 (16 oz) pkg linguine, cooked al dente, drained
1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
2 tbsp butter
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

While pasta is cooking, heat butter in skillet. Cook chicken until browned, stirring often. Add soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and linguine mixture and heat through. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese. Serves

Note: Sauteed 1 chopped onion with 1 lb sliced mushrooms and 1 tsp minced garlic. Then added to fettuccine when putting it together.
