BASIL GLAZED CHICKEN

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet and brown chicken for about 5 minutes; turn and cook for 6 minutes or until done. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook 1 minute, turning chicken to coat with glaze. Serves 4
