HONEY BAKED VIDALIAS

6 medium Vidalia Sweet Onions, (about l l/2-inches peeled and halved crosswise)
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp oleo, cut into small pieces
Chopped parsley, to garnish

Arrange onions, cut side up, in an 11x7-inch microwave safe baking dish. Pour honey over top of onions and dot with oleo. Cover loosely with waxed paper. Microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, basting with pan juice and rotating dish 1/4 turn twice, until onions are tender. Sprinkle with chopped parsley Servings: 12
