BOURSIN CHICKEN IN PHYLLO

8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz each)
8 oz boursin cheese, softened
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp dried dillweed
3 sheets phyllo dough
Melted butter
Rinse the chicken and pat dry; set aside.
Mix the cheese, garlic, caraway seeds, basil, chives and dillweed in a bowl. Spread 1 tbsp of the mixture over the center of each chicken breast and roll up; set aside.
Brush the phyllo with some of the butter. Cut into 8 squares and wrap each chicken breast with the dough. Brush each roll with butter. Place in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
