CHEESECAKE CAKE - Easy

2 boxes of white cake
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1 box of cheese cake jello
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Make sure cream cheese is room temp and soften well add this to the rest of the cake mix ingredients use a mixer until smooth. Bake in a lightly floured long pan/non stick is excellent, bake until golden brown. Do not even try to remove the cake out of the pan for at least 24 hours until well cooled. Then top it with your favorite icing, and fruit. I top it with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
