1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup sherry
1 chicken, cut up
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 6-12 hours, turning the chicken several times. Remove chicken from marinade. Place chicken on grill; turn and baste frequently until pieces are well-browned on both sides.
