ORANGE ROUGHY BAKE

1 - 1 1/2 lbs orange roughy fillets
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 tsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice

Finse fillets; wrap in single thickness of greased foil. Bake for 10 minutes at 400. Combine remaining ingredients and remove fish from oven. Spread mixture over fish. Reduce heat to 350 and return fish to oven and bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Serves 4
