CREAMY CHICKEN OLE - Easy

1 tbsp oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1/2 lb.), cut into thin 2 1/2-inch-long strips
1/8 tsp garlic powder and pepper
1/3 cup water
1 (1 lb) pkg. Green Giant Pasta Accents Creamy Cheddar Frozen Vegetables with Pasta
1/2 cup chunky salsa
2 oz tortilla chips

Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken, garlic powder and pepper; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Stir in water and frozen vegetables with pasta. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Stir in salsa; cook 1 minute. Spoon onto serving platter; arrange tortilla chips around outer edge. Serves 4-6
