GOURMET SIRLOIN TIPS

1 1/2 lbs sirloin tips
2 tbsp oil
1 cup minced garlic and ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Saute garlic in oil. Add meat and brown on all sides. Mix together remaining ingredients and add to meat. Cover and simmer over low heat until meat is tender. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
