HAM AND TURKEY ROLL-UPS

12 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded carrot and zucchini
4 tsp dill weed
1/2 lb thinly sliced deli ham and turkey

In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and spread about 2 tbsp on each slice of ham and turkey. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1 1/2 inch slices before serving.
