PHILLIPINO EGG ROLLS

1 pkg sprinkle roll wrappers
1 lb ground pork
1 cup green onions, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
2 eggs
2-3 carrots, shredded
3 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix pork and all ingredients together and spoon mixture in middle of spring roll wrapper. Roll and seal wrapper with water. Deep-fry in oil and serve with plum sauce.
