GRILLED ASIAN PORK CHOPS

Category: Pork 1 - Chops and Steaks

6 tbsp soy salt
6 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp toasted sesame oil and lime juice
6 bone-in pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick

Combine first 5 ingredients in a resealable bag; add pork chops. Cover or seal, and chill 4 hours. Remove chops from marinade, discarding marinade.

Prepare grill for medium-high heat and grill chops, covered about 4 minutes on each side. Serves 4
