ZESTY STEAK AND PEPPERS

3/4 cup Italian dressing
3 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 1/2 lb boneless sirloin or top loin steak, about 2 inch thick
3 medium red, green and/or yellow bell peppers, quartered
1/4 cup sour cream
In a dish, combine dressing and horseradish. Add steak and peppers, turning to coat. Cover and marinate 3-24 hours. Remove steak and peppers, reserving marinade.
Grill, turning steak and peppers once, until steak is done.
Meanwhile in a small saucepan, bring reserved marinade to a boil and continue boiling 1 minute. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream. Serve with steak and peppers. Serves 6
