VEGETABLE STEAK KABOBS

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine or vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
2-3 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dried marjoram, basil, oregano and crushed rosemary
1 1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak
1 zucchini or yellow squash, cut into wedges
1/2 lb whole mushrooms
2 medium onions cut into wedges
2 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces

In a resealable bag, combine first 9 ingredients; set aside. Trim steak of fat and cup into 1 inch cubes. Add to the marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat, refrigerate overnight.

Drain and discard marinade. Alternately thread beef and vegetables onto 6 skewers, making sure there is space between each piece for even cooking. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat or broil 4-6 inch from heat for 6-8 minutes. Turn kabobs; cook 4-6 minutes or until beef reaches desired doneness. Serves 6
