CAPPUCCINO TOFFEE SQUARES

Cake
1 pkg German chocolate cake
1/4 cup instant cappuccino-flavored coffee mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups water
2 large eggs

Topping
1 pint heavy cream
1/4 cup instant cappuccino-flavored coffee mix
1/2 cup chocolate-coated toffee bits

Heat oven to 350. Generously spray 13 x 9 inch baking pan with flour no-stick cooking spray. Combine all cake ingredients in large bowl; beat at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool 45 minutes or until completely cooled.

Combine cream and 1/4 cup instant coffee mix in large bowl; beat until stiff peaks form. Frost top of cake. Sprinkle with toffee bits. Refrigerate until serving time. Store in refrigerator.
