1 pint blueberries
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp cold butter
2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Combine first 3 ingredients. In a bowl, cut butter into biscuit mix until crumbly. Add berry mixture and spread into a greased 9 inch square baking pan.

Combine 1/2 cup biscuit mix and sugar. Cut in 2 tbsp butter until crumbly and add nuts. Sprinkle over cobbler. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream and blueberry sauce.

Blueberry Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup cold water
1 pint blueberries

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan and cook, stirring until thickened. Add berries. Cook and stir until hot. Serve over cobbler.
