1/4 cup seasoned salt
3 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp rubbed sage
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tsp celery salt
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Rinse turkey in cold water. Be sure to remove any extra parts stuffed inside bird. Rub generously with seasoning mix. Lift skin wherever possible, and rub underneath. Continue to bake as desired.
