MEXICAN PARTY WINGS

1 pkg ranch salad dressing
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies
1/2 cup flour
1 (1.23 oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
2 tsp oil
24 chicken drummettes, about 2 lbs
Dried parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a food processor, combine salad dressing and chilies; blend until smooth. Spoon into a small serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mix together flour and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Add oil and stir until well combined. Coat drummettes with flour mixture and repeat again. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn and bake and additional 14-17 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear. Sprinkle parsley on dressing mixture and serve with drummettes.
