SALSA FROM CHILIS

Category: Salsa/ Gucamole

1 (14 1/2 oz) can tomatoes and green chilies
1 (14 1/2 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt and sugar
1/2 tsp cumin

Place jalapenos and onions in food processor; process for a few seconds. Add remaining ingredients and process until blended but not pureed. Place in a covered container and chill. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serves with chips.
