2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
1 tbsp ginger and ground garlic
2 lbs steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
16 cherry tomatoes
2 cups mushroom caps
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into chunks

Blend soy sauce and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Put cubes into the bowl and marinate 4-6 hours. Drain meat and place on skewers alternating with vegetables and cook over medium high heat 10-15 minutes. Turn frequently to brown all sides evenly.
