2 tsp dried basil and parsley flakes
1 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Vegetable oil
4 (12 oz) strip steaks, 1 inch thick
In a bowl, combine seasonings. Rub meat with oil and sprinkle seasoning mixture on both sides, pressing into meat. Grill on medium-hot coals for 12-14 minutes on each side.
