STEAKHOUSE STYLE GRILLED STEAK

Category: Beef Steaks

2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder and brown sugar
1 tsp pepper
4 (6 oz) filets mignons
Vegetable oil

Mix together seasonings and brown sugar. Rub meat with oil and sprinkle seasoning mixture on both sides, pressing into meat. Grill on medium-hot coals for 6-8 minutes on each side.
