MUSHROOMS STUFFED WITH PECANS AND CREAM CHEESE

30 medium mushrooms
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup butter
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp crumbled dried thyme, salt and pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350. Remove stems from the mushrooms and finely chopped. Place mushroom caps in a baking dish, hollow side up. Measure 1 cup stems and use the rest in another dish. Place 1 cup of stems, pecans and parsley in a bowl. Stir in butter, garlic and seasonings. Place the mixture into the mushroom caps. Drizzle the cream over each mushroom cap. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and golden brown.
