Shelly's Recipe

MARINATED SALMON

Category: Seafood and Fish - Grilled

4 8 oz salmon filets

Marinade:
Handful of fresh herbs
6 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp scallions
Salt
Cracked black pepper
1 tsp whole grain mustard

Combine all ingredients for the marinade. Place salmon in a shallow bowl and cover with the mixture. Let marinate for 25-40 minutes. Place on a hot grill and cook until desired doneness.
