1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chopped dried oregano, basil, parsley or sage
2 medium red or yellow onions
1 (1 to 1 1/2 lb) flank or boneless top loin steak

Combine marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and add beef. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Discard marinade and remove onions and grill separately from steaks over medium hot coals. Turn steaks once or twice.
