NO COOK PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
Melted chocolate

Need to make 7 days before serving. Beat together yolks, salt and vanilla. Beat in peanut butter and confectioners sugar until mixed and crumbly. Form into 1 inch balls and dip into melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper to cool. Or, roll into confectioners sugar instead of dipping into chocolate.
