MEXICAN CASSEROLE

1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 (8 oz) can Mexi-corn, drained
1/2 tsp season salt
3/4 cup baking mix
Dash hot sauce
3 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition 1 1/2 cups milk
1 (4 oz) can green chilies, drained
1 1/2 cups Monterey jack
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese, enough to sprinkle over top of casserole

Brown beef with onion and drain. Add corn and taco seasoning and place in an 8 inch round baking dish. Combine baking mix and next 4 ingredients. Sprinkle with green chilies and Monterey jack cheese. Pour baking mix over all and bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
