ROSEMARY GRILLED FLANK STEAK II

1/2 cup steak sauce
1 large shallot, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
2 tsp dried rosemary, crumbled
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 (2 lb) flank steak
1 rosemary sprigs for garnish
In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, combine steak sauce, shallot, garlic, vegetable oil, rosemary and Tabasco pepper sauce. Add flank steak; turn to coat both sides. Cover and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before grilling.
Preheat grill: Place steak on rack in grill. Cook 12 to 15 minutes, turning midway, for medium-rare or until of desired doneness. Serve with additional steak sauce and garnish with rosemary sprigs, if desired. Serves 6-8
