MUSHROOM APPETIZER

Category: Mushrooms

3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp minced shallots
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 dozen mushrooms, washed
Salt and white pepper to taste
1/2 cup Burgundy wine
1/2 cup canned brown gravy
Sliced toast points

Melt the butter and add the next 3 ingredients until shallots are tender. Add mushrooms and salt and pepper. Continue to saute until mushrooms are tender. Add the wine and gravy and simmer about 10 minutes. Serve over toast points.
