1/4 cup butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 (8-oz) pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
6 green onions, chopped
2 large plum tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
2 tsp prepared horseradish
4 beef T-bone steaks (1 inch thick)
4 slices Italian bread, toasted
1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat grill. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add green onions, tomatoes, Italian seasoning and horseradish; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; cover and keep warm.
Place steaks on grill 4 to 6 inch from medium coals. Cook 8 to 12 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning steaks several times. To serve, place toasted slices of Italian bread on individual plates. Top each with steak. Spoon sauce over steaks. Top each with cheese. Serves 4
