GREEK HAMBURGERS

1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 tbsp Dijon mustard and olive oil
Salt and pepper
1-2 clove garlic, minced
2 medium onions, sliced and sautéed
3 tbsp dry red wine
Lettuce
2 tsp oregano
Tomatoes, sliced

Mix meat and next 6 ingredients. Shape into 6 patties and grill. Place on a toasted bun and add toppings.
