FLANK STEAK

Category: Beef Steaks

1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp soy sauce, lemon juice
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
1 tsp celery salt
1 tbsp ground pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed

Make marinade and place flank steak in a large plastic bag, to marinate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours. Remove from marinade and place on a hot grill 5-10 minutes per side. Remove meat from heat and let rest 10 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain or it will be tough.
