MEXICAN SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Colby or cheddar cheese
1 (4.5 oz) can green chilies, drained
1/3 cup sliced green onions
2/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup sour cream

Combine first to ingredients until blended. Stir in chilies, onions and 1/3 cup bell pepper. Place mixture on sheet of plastic wrap. Shape into a 12 inch log. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Just before serving, spread with sour cream and remaining bell pepper. Serve with crackers.
