MEDITERRANEAN CHEESE SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) pkg crumbed feta cheese with basil and tomatoes*
6 tbsp butter, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup very finely chopped ripe olives
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
Assorted crackers and cocktail breads
Celery sticks
Cucumber or zucchini slices

In large bowl, beat cream cheese, feta cheese and butter with electric mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and garlic; mix well. Stir in olives and chives. Chill. Pipe spread onto crackers, celery sticks, cucumber or zucchini slices, if desired.
