2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup dry Italian dressing mix
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Combine first 4 ingredients. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Add dressing and mayonnaise and mix. Serve with crackers.
