Shelly's Recipe

*BAYSETTES*

10-3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 cans evaporated milk
4 cups brown sugar
1 lb butter (melted)
2-3 cups of chopped nuts (I use pecans, but you can use whatever you like.)
24 oz (2 bags) of mini chocolate chips
Mini muffin pan
Small scoop or spoon.
Spray oil

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a big mixing spoon. Spray mini muffin pan with oil spray. Using either a small spoon or small scoop, scoop out enough to just barely fill each mini muffin cup.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. This will make a bunch, and they can be frozen.
