*CHILI SPAGHETTI* - Easy

8 oz uncooked spaghetti, cooked al dente, drained
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 finely chopped bell pepper
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 (15 oz) cans chili or you could use leftover chili if you have enough for 4
Shredded cheddar cheese

While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, heat vegetable oil. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until tender. Add chili and cook until all is well blended and thoroughly heated. Serve over hot pasta (spaghetti) and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Serves 4
